Apartments
Archi (125 sq m), Giare (125 sq m) and Portico (48 sq m) are three apartments, made out of an ancient stone hay-loft of the XIX century. They are completely refurbished and equipped with all facilities in full respect of the ancient Tuscan farm-houses style (stone walls, characteristic brick arches, and so on).
Archi and Giare
Are equally composed, set in the same construction, but completely independent (on request of guests, we can make them communicating, as they are contiguous), each one has sleeps up to 5/6 people (the 6 bed is possible for children under 12 years of age). They are two-storey apartments and consist of: an open dining-room with a masonry kitchen and a stone fireplace, a living room, a single bedroom + another single bed and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the first floor, where is a master double bedroom, a twin bedroom which can be coupled and a bathroom with bath and shower.

Portico
has sleeps up to 2/3 people (the 3 bed is possible for children under 12 years of age and it’s present in a sofa bed in the living room kitchen). It consists of a dining room with a kitchenette and a big toilet with shower, suitable for wheelchairs designed for people with disabilities.
Portico, Archi e Giare have also a common swimming pool (6×12) and an equipped playground for kids in common with the other apartments.
